January 1 to June 30: 10am - 5pm (closes at 6pm)
July 1* to August 31: 10am - 6pm (closes at 7pm)
July 10: closing at 4:30pm
September 1 to December 31: 10am - 5pm (closes at 6pm)
Closed on November 19th, December 25th and during the Grand Prix weekends (on May 3 and 4 and from May 22 to 25, 2025)

These tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Sales of tickets by any unauthorized third-party sites; such as TripAdvisor, Viator, Cosmic Tickets Audios, Evendo, TourScanner, CoolDestinations, or Tripening; are strictly prohibited, and tickets bought via these platforms will not grant access to the Palais princier.
